A pilot project by young people for young people, aiming to inspire and empower them to take an active role in addressing global challenges such as global warming, poverty and racism. It was a four-day training during which skills were developed to help young people take initiative, engage in society and create new personal and professional opportunities through practical learning, group work and direct experience.
The project equipped participants with project management skills through the experience of international trainers, along with ideas for building cooperation networks, in line with the Council of Europe’s priorities on increasing youth participation and social cohesion. In the long term, it aimed to support the implementation of ideas generated during the event, spread the message of youth empowerment and strengthen the support system for young people in Albania.
