One of DEV-AID Association’s flagship projects and among the most impactful long‑term initiatives in the field of employment and vocational training in Albania. The project aimed to create functional labour market intermediation mechanisms through the establishment of the first Network of Social Partners, linking public vocational training centers with civil society organizations, the private sector and state institutions. The developed model has been consolidated as a reference practice at national level and continues to be replicated as an effective instrument for reform in vocational education and training and for the inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the labour market.
